Bit confused by the ‘contact’ facility – if a visitor (non member) fills in the contact form the message is visible within the member account area but if they click reply it asks them to enter a member username.
Visitors making enquiries won’t be members so shouldn’t this instead be set to reply to the visitor email address?
fair point, ill remove the reply button to save confusion. You cant reply to their email from your site as this would just cause spammers to signup.
