Contact Form Error – NO EMAIL SET (0)

    Hi, has anyone had an issue with the contact form not sending emails on the DT9 (Page Contact Us) page template.

    I have sent a number of test emails and although I get the success message email was sent, they never show up in my inbox?

    I checked the email logs in the email admin area and it shows an error message: NO EMAIL SET (0)

    I have also tested my site email delivery by subscribing to the newsletter in the built-in setup and all the email registration go through fine.

    So it seems to be an issue with the contact form that comes with the Contact Us page template.

    Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Appreciate any help or insights
