Cloning or Duplicating listings

This is I realize a bit of an unusual goal. I want to be able to duplicate several listings – these are listings of my own. (I would not want my clients to duplicate listings…as after I duplicate the listings, I will be making a few changes to make them unique. It would just save me a lot of time, if I didn’t have to reenter everything.)

So here is what I want to do. I have a directory…which I started, in part, to promote a service I provide….as well as attract people interested in that niche. In order to promote my service to the maximum potential I need to be able to place ads that target numerous geographic locations. It is a very slow process for me to put in one ad in each US state manually. So I am looking for a way to duplicate quickly…then just tweak the locations…and add a paragraph manually (so search engines don’t see it as duplicate content). I would also change the title to be unique to the geographic location.

Is there an easy way to do this?
