Claim this listing button missing?

After seeing the the web page “premiumpress” advertising this and showcasing the (image 1-3 attached) that you can have this Claim Listing feature I decided to buy it. Not that I have gotten the best package with all of the sites and have uploaded them, they are nowhere to be found on the back end admin.

I have tried many other of the premiumpress themes and the YouTube video by Mark Fail clearly shows (image 3 attached) that this is an option. Can someone tell (show) me where this is??
