Claim listing as a hyperlink to a form instead of the theme's roundabout

I’ve created a form to claim a listing without first having an account. How do I put a button or link called “Claim this listing” so every listing added has this link to my form instead of claiming a listing in the default method of only allowing existing members to claim a listing.
