Cities not showing in advanced search

    Hello,

    I’ve got the state and cities option showing in the advanced search. The cities is linked to the states, I can select a state and then try to select a city but no cities show even if it is linked..

    I haven’t got the option to select the country because I am only doing the US and it doesn’t make sense to ask the user to select the country when it’s the only one in the list.

    If I have to have the country option selected for it all to work, How do I have USA auto selected?
