Child Theme Upload

I want to use the Square business child theme from your website. Now that I have v 5.0 I cannot just simply upload the child theme. I have been reading similar posts and found that the style.css page needs to be revised a little. Is this true? Anyways, I thought I followed the instructions from the post and changed the code to look like this:

Theme Name: Child Theme Name
Theme URI: http: //www.premiumpress.com
Description: This is a child theme for the PremiumPress responsive framework.
Author: Mark Fail
Author URI: http: //www.premiumpress.com
Template: [XXX]
Version: 1.0
*/
I then changed the XXX to the folder containing the main theme (DT).
It still won’t illustrate the child theme however. What else do I need to do?
