Hey everyone,
I’m trying to edit the theme so that when a user views an auction page, there is no default value listed under the bid text box. (Ex: Right now, when the bid is $5, it will display $6 in the textbox. I would like to remove this).
I found the reference to this under the “defaults_auction.php” page. I can remove the “placeholder” part of the textbox to get it to do what I want. However, I can’t find out how to do this under the child theme. If I simply put the “defaults_auction.php” page under childtheme/framework/class it doesn’t work. Does anyone know where I can make it so that instead of looking for this file under the main theme’s folder, it instead looks for it under the child themes folder?
