Child Theme missing tab content menu

    I created a child theme from the original site that incorporated the software download themes tab menu as the main menu but when the child theme is activated, the tab menu disappears and main menu shows as a straight bar across the page. (See Screenshot – Two versions.)

    What theme FILES can I include with the child theme to add this back into the theme so the menu shows up with the tabs.
