child theme is overriding my custom CSS

    I’ve put in the child style.css custom color for menu’s . They work on secondary pages, but not the homepage. It seems sometype of theme override. Thoughts on how to get it to display as it is in the photo?

    Look at dev tools you’ll see that I’ve disabled the calculated styles, for what I wrote in style.css
