checkout problem

I recently upgraded one of my amazon affiliate sites from non-responsive to the responsive shop theme. It was a bumpy transition. I had to reassign all my products to their categories. The problem I face now is that each listing has a “add to cart” button as well as a quantity box. It is behaving as though I am selling my own products. When I click on the button, the “basket updated” box appears. When I click on the “continue shopping” or the “checkout now” buttons, nothing happens.

How do I get this to act like an amazon affiliate site?
