Change your location not showing on mobile mobile

Hi,
I’m running the directory theme with wildfly childtheme. Is there any way of getting the top menu to display on the mobile. The reason I want this is because it contains the “change location” facility (visible in the desktop top menu) but it does not show on the mobile as the top menu doesn’t display.
