Change text for Dashboard – Change my photo

    Hi, in User Dashboard, under quick links it’s a button called Change my photo (see the picture 1) but when I press it, it takes me to My account, where there is no option to change my photo, because I turned it off (see picture 2).
    Is there a way to change that text? Or remove the button?
