Car Data By Number Plate

Hi Guys,

A nudge in the right direction is all im looking for. I want to be able for users to list a car by adding in a number plate and having lots of data pre filled in form them. Ie autotrader, parkers, etc. Lots of sites have this but I cannot find where from? ie. Even webuyanycar allows a licence number to be added and all the car details are there.

1) anyone know where this could be acquired from? the dvla isnt much use as it only hold a few base characteristics – ive tried!

2) how could this be integrated into my PP classifieds?
