Can't update Version 7.0.9.9 to Version 7.1.3

Hello,
After a long long time I log on to my directory to update it. I updated wordpress to 3.9.2 and several plugins. Then I saw there is a theme update of my directorypress. I tried to update from my current version 7.0.9.9 to version 7.1.3 but it shows following error message:

COPY ERROR: 2
copy(https://www.premiumpress.com/UPS/V7/updateme.php?t=directorypress&v=7.0.9.9&l=12210493&w=https://directory.seo-service-provider.org): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found

Please note, I have tried to update it several times and deactivated all the third party plugins before the update but still this message showing.

I need your help on this as while I was trying to update my current pending listing I found out that Listing Options are not working as well as tag option is not working (can’t add new tags)
