Can't delete membership packages

When I did the transfer from non-responsive to responsive, for some odd reason it made all my custom fields into membership packages also!?

So in the custom fields tab I have my actual custom fields.
On the listing packages its showing the 4 created packages.
On the membership packages tab its showing all my custom fields as packages. Even the custom fields that I’ve deleted.

Hitting the white cross on the black square won’t remove them. It just transfers me back on itself. Still there.

What could this be?
