Can i have 2 types of user account?

I would like to be able to have 2 types of user account. One for the business’s where they can create and manage their listings (upgrading etc). I would also like a separate type of account for the end user who would like an account so they can save a list of favourites to come back to. I appreciate its there, but wanted to remove the options that are not relevant for the end user. Has anybody made this possible?
