    Hi Mark,

Seems like you have an awesome theme here. Just one question, I tried uploading a video file in MP4 format and when I try playing it, it plays the sound but there is no video.

Does it require any particular video format?

    Thanks!

i had the same experience with some mp4 files, seems the html5 struggles with some of the codecs for mp4 videos as they can be mixed.

try a .flv file and see how you get on.

I am having problems to upload mp4 (100MB)as well and get this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function toGDImage() on a non-object in /var/www/virtual/domain.com/1111/htdocs/wp-content/themes/VT/framework/class/class_white_label_themes.php on line 5186

I am not on a root. But very flexible webhosting.
Already have set up max times to 10 minutes and file upload to 512MB

    Whats going?

FLV works without problems. I also asked my hoster if mp4 is allowed over browser upload. Waiting for an answer.
Because the file is available in the uploads folder, but just istn added to the listing.

What is the custom fields of ANY video file?
This way I coudl also add lots of huge videos, with a custom field…

Okay, over frontend even .flv doesnt work.
    Always get this stuff:
Fatal error: Call to a member function toGDImage() on a non-object in /var/www/virtual/domain.com/1111/htdocs/wp-content/themes/VT/framework/class/class_white_label_themes.php on line 5186

Only flash over admin panel -> add attachment seems to wrok fine.

But… I dont want to use flash at all in terms of responsiveness I want to use MP4…
Can you look inside the problem please. Mark?

    Even this doesnt work anymore.
There is a link showing in the video window: “download video” which also doesnt work…
I would show you here, but as it is an absolutely R-Rated content site, I wont do in an open forum.

The problem I see is, that the file uploaded when creating the post IS there in folder uploads.
    >Then when I add it as a link (the mp4), the browser also plays it with the embedded player, but the initial functionality of the theme, to show the video player and on click it plays, INSIDE the post, that doesnt work somehow.
    I am really a bit sad now….
What could have been happening here?
