Best browser for premium press?

i understand the sentiment Clive, but from a total noobs perspective (that’s me), namecheap have done an outstanding job of live support for each and every one of my questions regarding my 80+ domains, my hosting package with them, literally everything.

to me, live chat support on a shared hosting plan is a super big benefit, because i’ve only ever run companies, not designed or hosted websites.

it just seems odd to me that after buying the club package (all themes etc) from premium press and doing a fresh install and using a completely new browser (chrome), i can’t get the theme overview pages to load properly.

i don’t mind paying for more service when it’s called for. i was just kind of hoping to get my feet wet with this so i understood the process a bit better before handing it off to someone else to manage.
