    For Germany bank payment is very spread, we need a bank payment plugin very dearly, just a blank page , giving the transaction ID, payment sum, my text to fill in (my Bank account f.i.), saying, that an automated email will follow….
    (Forum-setting “Shop Theme” was not available, so I put it into directory theme. Principally the same issue.)
