Automatic send email request owner claim listing

To increase my listing database, I plan to manually add more listing into my directory, but is there any plugin which allow the wordpress system automatically send email to the listing owner getting them to claim the listing once I add the listing into my directory?

example: My self do receive email from other directory, the email mention that my company listing had added into ABCdirectory.com (example), and please visit this link http://www.abcdirectory.com/my-listing-name and claim the listing

any one had any idea is this kind of feature available?
