All emails from admin going out as WordPress?

Hi
I have set up all the emails in the admin area and for each one I have set the Name and email from field yet all the emails being sent out show from “WordPress” with the email wordpress@findamoraybusiness.co.uk – I need these to show my business name and email (as specified in the wordpress settings)

Obviously this looks crap! why have a field to set the email from address if it does not work?
Am I missing something here?

Also I am not 100% sure what the box “Send WordPress Registration Email” means? I have set to on and off to set but I dont know the reason for this box? If I have already created my own welcome email then do I need this? (I watched the video but was no clearer)
