After upgrade wp version and pp version, categories are messed up

Hey folks,

I’m back here after a long time. After upgraded WP and PP both today, everything got changed.
Somehow I could manage everything. but categories list are behaving so strange.

Under coupon manager > categories, it says there are total 75, but can’t see the names there.
But, when I try to add a new coupon, I can see the option to choose categories there.

What’s going on? Why can’t I see the list of all categories including parent and child categories?
