After the update: Category Icons no text – list display issues

After the update:
Before the update I was able to hide the category text and just show icons in the middle part of my Directory Press home page. Now I can seem to hide the text and just show icons.
Additionally when I posted recent listing on the middle of my home page and selected list view, my listing showed up underneath one another at one point. The display still shows grid when list view is selected. I’m not sure if the middle column with has anything to do with it.
