After applying Coupon COde -proce does not get reduced

    Hi

    I created a coupon code to give 100% discount for customers.Its $12 , I tried creating a coupon code for 100% and also for amount for it. I enabled the coupons.

    When I tested by applying the code, the system accepts the code but the amount does not get reduced.

    I also tried with amount – same does not work.

    Can anyone help.
