Advertising Setup – Middle Column Top – Add Listing

Hi, i am trying to stop the “Middle Column Top” Banner from appearing on the Submit/ADD Listing page in the “Responsive Classifieds Theme”,. I know you can choose what category’s you want the ad to be shown on, but i want this on every page and listings, but not the Submit Page, i have looked in the tpl-add.php, and the functions.php but I cant find anything. Is there a [SHORTCODE] or a hook that i can add into this page so the adds don’t get displayed, help would be much appreciated. http://www.carsforsaleinhull.co.uk/sell-a-car-free
