Advanced Search Radio Field

I am trying to add a Radio Field to my Search Form. I created a custom field for Pet Friendly that uses a radio button and allows yes or no.

I added the custom field to my advanced search and selected radio. I get nothing to set options. After saving all I get is the caption on the form with no radio controls.

Any suggestions how or why this may be doing this or how to fix it?
