Admin options are doubled

    Hi,
    I updated to the newest version Version: 8.8 and now my admin options are doubled.

    They appear when mouse hovers over Installation and again when mouse hovers over Theme Options as normal. They all seem to work.

    I have no plugins activated and this is a new site.
