Adding pay per publish a post/article possible?

Hi!

Currently listings can be paid by:
– per single listing
– per membership.

It is possible that current/new users/members can publish articles/posts as well – either paid or for free?

We want to outsource the NEWS (posts, articles) to the community.

In case we have to use a external plugin – what do you recommend that will work well with Premiumpress listing/membership, e.g. https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/wordpress-post-frontend-plugins/.

Has anyone experience with this topic and Premiumpress?
