Adding City/State

Hi All,
I have looked at almost all of the videos searching for guidance on how to correctly add city and state to my listings and allow users to search for listings by city and state. I cannot find the guidance. I tried figuring it out on my own, but it isn’t working.

Can someone please direct me to the guidance?
