Add New Custom Field problem

I am new using Directory Theme and I’m trying to add a new field within a new listing but after entering the field this is not shown on the frontend of the listing.

I’m using the “Add New Custom Field” function at the bottom of the listing manager.

This is added to the list correctly but then does not appear on the frontend of my listing.

I need help understanding the use of Custom Field.
