Add Media not working

Hello everyone,

I am getting the same issue in my admin. I try to add media to a post or page and it doesn’t work.

Click add media > pop up shows > choose media> choose “insert into post”> Pop up disappears but doesn’t add image.

I can hand code it and the image shows fine. I just do want to do this every time…

weird… any ideas Richard?
