Add Listing Page Requires Logon

We have listing packages set up and looking good, however, our Add Listings page requires potential advertisers to logon before they can see any of our package pricing.

When this URL is entered https://patioscene.ca/add-listing the user is redirected to logon here: https://patioscene.ca/wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fadd-listing%2F

Is this possibly a membership setting? Any help appreciated.
