add listing for classified theme

When Adding a Listing when using the Classified Theme and you click ‘Save listing’ (I’ve changed it to ‘Go To Next Step’) it brings up a box at the top of the screen. This appears to be an error box but it appears even if there are no errors.

Is it possible to make this box appear only if there is an error?

Also I have Upload Required (so they have to upload images) and it only shows 4 images initially (the most basic package includes 5) and then only shows additional upload options as I fill last one.

Also when they have chosen a package and go to the Add Listing page I’m sure there use to be an upgrade option (where they can change the package), it’s disappeared.
