Add Listing Button and topbanner background like CT demo

I searched some information about this but can’t find…
I want to use the default configuration for my theme:
1 – The button ADD LISTING FREE like the CT demo theme on menu (image attached).
2 – Add an image as background (topbanner) like the ”map” image at demo theme.

I’m using a Child theme created by the Premiumpress supporter Alex, but the layout is not the same as Demo Theme, the home page has the same structure but the images, menus, buttons are missing.

Can someone explain how to use the default layout for this blue box with search fields, menu and ADD LISTING FREE button?

PS. I tried to use a CSS code published here in this forum but it does not work for me.
