Add Header Banner to Mobile

    I am using December 2015 Child Theme.

    The header banner does not appear on phones.

    Theme Setup > Content Setup > Mobile Setup doesn’t work, so I have it disabled.

    What code do I need to add to get the header banner to appear at the top of phones.
