Add additional user fields to "New User" Email Notification

Hi All,

How do I add additional custom fields to the notification email?

In the attached you will see the questions I have added, I would like to include these in the Email notification to admin.

I’m sure I read somewhere this was possible but can’t find the reference.

At present it is the sample, default notification:

Dear Admin

A new user has joined your website (blog_name).
