add a listing page- content different than on Edit page

    I have a page for my Directory theme called Add a listing. I am using a [Add Listing} template with no parent.
    The content on the Edit page view says “Welcome! Add a listing To register for a free……

    But the actual view of the page says something completely different:
    Per Listing Packages
    Our per listing packages let you pay for each listing separately. The listings on YSPN are free to everyone.

    Why doesn’t it match up? When I am on my Add a listing page I can read one thing and if I click on “edit page” it gives me the other content. Is there a setting that I have missed? All of my other pages can be edited and show the same content.
