add a count to country/state/city

Hi, I am wanting to add a count to the country/state/city that I have set up, does anyone know if this is possible and advise me how to do this, or will I need someone to do this as I am not a developer and do not know code but I can work my way around the custom styles if I am pointed in the right direction.
