AD-listing button and Top Banner on Child theme

I created a child theme of CT and unfortunately although I ticked all options there the top banner and ad-listing button is not showing on child theme. I tried also to add it by JS on customer content -> footer, without no luck. Where exactly do I find this option for to actrivate ?

I have full width logo and menu + search activate, but than I get instead the button a search bar and the top banner is also omitted.
