A Few Problems with website

Ok trying to get this site up and running few probs keep occurring
1.The side bar widgets are not loading up have got them set (they were working now they are not)
2.When someone wants to send the advertiser a message it only goes to there Dashboard is there a way for it to go to the customers email address as well
3.Also want to add an area for a phone number to go on listing but want to be able to hide part of the number until someone clicks on the number to show the full phone number similar to the following listing on gumtree.com.au
4.And would also like to add an area with opening times
