8.6 – Upgrade from Directory Theme 7, Google Maps not displaying

Could not for the life of me get Google Maps to display on a listing, and after doing some troubleshooting it seems that when I put the address into the input in the listing edit page, it will update the map to show the right location, and then seems to trigger a save, but doesn’t actually save the map_log and map_lat values into the DB.

If I go and manually find those values and put them into the right locations for a listing in wp_postmeta, when I visit that listing’s page, a google map attempts to load but loads the controls but no actual map.

Anyone else running into any issues with the maps? Is it possibly an artifact from the upgrade?
