Remove Listing "enhancements" completely fro options and price table and package

    I cannot get “top of category” listings to go to the top of the category I have tried everything including a clean installation so I would like to remove this option so clients cannot choose it. by remove it I mean I don’t want it appearing anywhere, Not in enhanced options or the pricing table I want all references gone (I am on version 8.8)
