How Do I Stop People Accessing Inside Post?

Hi when people click on the title of the coupon post they go to the post page where there is no code info or link to click, people also land inside the post from Tweets and Facebook links. Obviously I need people to only see the post from the outside as that’s where the code and click to reveal is. I have noticed on other peoples websites that when you click on the title it takes you to the merchants website.

Any help would be much appreciated.
