Can't login. Says "Blocked"

    This has been a reoccurring problem. For some reason after a day or two after editing my site I can’t get back in. I have usually been able to reset the password and fix the problem that way but now that doesn’t seem to help either.

    Also is a page with a small text saying “blocked” the standard wrong password page?
