Home Page Layout Setup not visible in DP 8.7

I was using Directory Press 8.3 till now but today I upgraded it to Directory Press 8.7. After upgrading, I am not seeing homepage layout manager that was available in 8.3 in new 8.7 version. I am referring to section where admin can customize home page layout by adding slider, 2/3/4 column text display etc. component.

Am I missing something here or this option is not available in 8.7? Please help. I have attached screenshot for 8.3 and 8.7 both.
