hide Contact Author button – at top of listing details

i am able to hide the Contact Author tab as described here:

but now i need to hide the Contact Author button at the top of the listing details, see pic

how can i do this?

after removing the Contact Author tab code mentioned in the other thread, here’s what i have left, what should i adjust?:
