Duplicate contact author form in listings

This has been raised a number of times but I didn’t see anyone resolving this other than few suggesting third party plugins (contact form 7), which is why I created this thread. The duplicate contact author form in the listing page prevents users from contacting authors because of the conflict between the two of them. Is there anything we can do solve this without having to use third party plugins or a lot of complex customisations?
