listing package text showing when I only want membership package options

Hello,

I have watched the tutorial and set up membership packages (which refer to the listing packages that I set up first).

I just want the membership options to be on the add listing page, which they are, but I can’t find where I can remove the text at the top that refers to the listing packages. I’ve attached a screen shot so you can see what I mean.
