Hiding "REGISTER" button (while keeping the "LOGIN" button)

    Hi All,
    Anyone else try to disable registration in General Settings > User Setup > User Registrations but still have the “REGISTER” button displayed in the top bar? When you click on it, it reads “User registration is currently not allowed” which is fine, but I’d prefer not to confuse visitors by displaying “REGISTER” in the first place…
    Is there a button to disable this?
